Question: What is the best software to update the wording on a website?

Hi I have a website which we have had developers update overtime.It is written in ASP.net. I am wanting to find the best program, which is easy to use, which will allow me to do simple things such as update the wording add a few things here and there etc . I don't want to change the layout or anything like that. I am obviously not very tech savvy. Many people suggest dream Weaver but I don't have the time to learn it. Is there anything which is quicker or easier to learn? Can anyone help? Thanks Jack

DreamWeaver and Microsoft Expression Web are good. They are split design, so you can edit the page through the programs interface and it makes the code changes or you can edit the code, or a combination. I personally prefer Microsoft Expression Web. But you can download free trials of both to see which suits you better.
